Review: OGS Kopitiam Cafe

If you frequent Brunei International Airport (BWN) a lot, you would definitely know where OGS Kopitiam Cafe is. I found out about the place when I sent friend to the airport last April. Sister went back to China last Monday morning and I was lazy to make breakfast for the both of us. So, we had our breakfast at the airport after she was done with the check-in procedure. The queue at the online check-in counter was short but the waiting time was long. There were two different tour guides from two different travel agencies at the online check-in counter with at least 20 passports each in hand.

So, I decided to go ahead to the said kopitiam first and make orderings whilst waiting for Sister to be done with her check-in procedure. I ordered the both of us breakfast set which came with 2 pieces of toast, 2 half boiled eggs and a cup of tea or coffee. I had peanut butter and margarine as the fillings of my toast and margarine and kaya for hers.

Peanut Butter & Margarine Sandwich Toast

The kitchen staff slabbed a generous amount of peanut butter and margarine onto my sandwich toast, which can be seen from the image above as the margarine was melting and flowing out. The texture of the peanut butter wasn’t as smooth as the ones which I usually had at home. Assuming that they are using budget brand of peanut butter. The peanut butter was kinda dry, in my opinion. I only managed to finish a piece of my sandwich toast and shove the remaining to Sister since she said that she was hungry at that point of time. LOL!

The coffee tasted quite alright to me but I find to be rather lack of coffee taste. The sweet level was right perfect for me. I think I’ll like it better if it comes with more coffee taste instead of condensed milk?
