Good morning! We are currently on the third month of 2016 and approaching the fourth soon. Time seems to fly by very quickly lately. And I wonder if I had achieve any resolution which I set for myself earlier this year. LOL! Let’s go back and review, shall we?
Hmm … Don’t think I had achieved any of the resolutions as I am still nowhere near my ideal 55 kilos weight. My weight had been on an constant up and down between 62 to 64. Still battling with the weight issue but I think reaching 58 is more than enough for me for the time being.
So, I guess I have to stick back to my previous diet regime and cut down on carbs and gluten products. Anyways, I am flying to Singapore on the second weekend of April to meet up with Andrea and Patrick. It has been years since I last visited Andrea in Singapore. Gonna do some clothing shopping together as Andrea mentioned that she needed to get some new ones.
By the way, let’s get back to what I intended to do for today …

Tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, diced pineapple and chicken pastrami
We ordered this as this seems to be the safest order among all as some of their pizzas’ selections that come with beef. I had actually wanted to try their Tuna pizza but I doubt the both of them are gonna like it as it was so much different compared to the Tuna Delight from Pizza Hut.
The three of us liked this a lot as the ingredients complimented each other very well. However, the pizza crust do get tough if not consumed immediately when served.
Fettuccine Carbonara | B$15.75
Italian noodles tossed in creamy sauce, parmesan cheese, egg yolk and beef rashes or chicken breast
Carbonara seems to be Clara’s favorite food when it comes to pasta. She always order this without a miss. LOL!
Spaghetti Alla Fugliese | B$15.75
Spaghetti tossed in extra virgin oil, garlic, chili julienne and broccoli tips
Had this again as this seemed to be the healthiest option of pasta on the menu. Requested the waiter to omit the parmesan cheese powder completely. To be honest, the pasta tastes better with parmesan cheese powder but it is healthier without parmesan cheese powder though.
