After our dinner at Kaizen Sushi Waterfront and a little bit of shopping at Hua Ho Yayasan, we headed to Games & Lattes as part of our cafes crawl. LOL! I had a bit of sweet tooth craving yesterday and I was keen of trying their Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake. But unfortunately, it was unavailable. So, I made do with a piece of Salted Caramel Chocolate Cake and Matcha Tart.
The cafe was pretty much empty the other night when we were there apart from a table of four and ours. Brunei cafes seem to be quiet during this Ramadhan season. Most of the restaurants and cafes we had been to were not bustling with crowds.

I had a Mocha instead of my usual Cafe Latte as I was craving for something with cocoa yesterday evening. It was a lot bitter than I expected it to be. Guess I will stick to my usual Cafe Latte next time at Games & Lattes.

Salted Caramel Chocolate Cake | B$5.80
Super love the moistness of the chocolate cake but I left out the salted caramel frosting. The frosting was expected sweet.
Matcha Tart | B$6.00
This was good. I am usually not a fan of tart but this was really good. It has a nice matcha taste, slightly bitter in taste and yet sweet. I love the crust the most. I liked it that it was not buttery in taste and yet it came with a light crunch.
