It is finally Sunday tomorrow. Well, it is actually Sunday now as it is past 12 midnight as I am drafting this blog entry. Just came home from a coffee session with a friend at THE KREMA an hour ago and I am now waiting for my leave-on mask to be ready for rinsing.
I finally had my Matcha Latte fix this evening at THE KREMA after the failed attempts at BELLUNO Cafe over a week ago. I was intrigued to try out the Matcha Latte at THE KREMA when I saw that they are serving it from their Instgram profile page. So when friend texted me via Whatsapp asking to meet up for coffee, I suggested THE KREMA instead of our usual Starbucks Coffee or Games & Lattes.

I should be stopping this late night dessert eating habit before I started gaining back the pounds which I painstakingly shedded off a year ago. I think it is the period thingy messing up with my eating habit. When you can’t find the excuse to eat what you want, blame it on the “period” cravings. LOL!
Back to this Matcha Cheesecake … Taste wise, it did not have a strong matcha taste which I liked. All I tasted was cheese. Perhaps it was overpowered by the Matcha Latte which I drank before eating this. The texture was smooth but too “gelatine-d” for my liking. Most importantly, I think B$5.60 was too steep for this size.

It tasted bitter on every sips but I love it to the max. Most importantly, it was not sweet at all. Unlike the Green Tea Latte from Starbucks Coffee which tasted extremely sweet. If you have a thing for Matcha Latte, do try this from THE KREMA. I think you will love it as much as I do.
