I was craving for some banana fritters last weekend. So, I bought a bunch of Pisang Sabah home along with the ingredients required to make banana fritters. I added black sesame seeds as well, which explains the dark color on the batter.
I missed out ENO powder and the batter turned soggy when it had cooled down. As there were some leftover batter, I made sweet potato fritters as well. Unfortunately, the sweet potatoes were not at it’s freshest state.
