After our dinner at Sate House, the three of us moved to Games & Lattes for coffees and desserts while we waited for CY to arrive. It had been Sister’s intention to go Games & Lattes as she had been bugging both Jennifer and I to join her for some board games.
We are both working full time during the day and board games are definitely not what we define as relaxation. I am fine with board games like Scrabble or Monopoly but it turned out that the cafe is not carrying either one. Even the most basic games that they offer in house were brain consuming for us.
Do take note that you have to pay an “entrance” fee to have access to the board games. It is fared at B$3 for members and B$4 for non-members. We were lucky that “entrance” fee was waived off yesterday with a minimum spending of B$5 per receipt as it was their first year anniversary.
Rocky Road Waffle | B$6.00
We did not order much, just the usual coffees and this Rocky Road Waffle. I liked the texture of the waffle. It was slightly crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. The waffle came with toppings of chunky peanut butter, chocolate ice-cream, marshmallow and chocolate sauce.
