I had finally finished packing for my Singapore trip. Well, it only took me less than an hour to pack my suitcase and there would definitely be some last minute packing of toiletries and skincare necessities tomorrow morning before heading to the airport.
I am leaving on a 9:15AM flight for Singapore and I have to leave home around 7:15AM despite I had online checked in earlier on. You can never predict how bad the morning traffic is going to be from my house to the airport. I had started my annual leave today but I had to run back to the office on short notice to sort out the paperwork for a visa application and I managed to get it done just in time before they close for the day.
Felt all hungry when I was done with the visa and drove straight to town to get an early lunch. I decided to get lunch at TCVH Vegetarian House so that it would be convenient in terms of accessibility for my manicure and pedicure session in town later on.

As I am on a no coffee diet at the moment, I decided to go for their freshly made soy milk. You can request for no sugar, mildly sweetened or with standard sweetness. I went for mildly sweetened. The sweetness level was just perfect for me but I find the Soy Milk rather powdery in texture?

I was craving for something sour so I went for this. The portion of mock chicken was pretty generous in my opinion and the sweet and sour sauce went extremely well with the rice.
