I went for manicure and pedicure session yesterday evening after work as the dry bits on my toes had been bugging me since I was in Singapore last week. My manicure and pedicure session was quick and it only took half an hour to complete. I had eaten light prior to the appointment so I wasn’t feeling extremely hungry after they were done.
I intended to go Big Mama Restaurant but the restaurant was so packed to the extent that there was no vacant table. So, I walked a short distance to Fuchow Restaurant. I could have gone for BAKE 250°C or Little Audrey’s Café but I craved for Chinese food. The restaurant wasn’t packed so my orders came quickly after they had been placed.
Pork Spare Ribs with Rice | B$6
The gravy tasted almost alike the gravy made for Sweet & Sour Pork. However, I find that the pork cuts weren’t well marinated as they tasted rather bland to me. I ordered Fried Noodles as supper for my parents at home. I had a few spoonfuls of it. It was well done with the slight burnt and charred taste but it was slightly too salty for me.
