San Diann, Clara and I met up for breakfast at Flour & Butter Cafe as Clara wanted to copy Doctor Stranger with English subtitles from my hard disk into her laptop. We chose to meet at 9AM as I wanted to get manicure, pedicure and eyebrow threading from the beauty salon which I always frequent.
We were the first three patrons to arrive for the day. San Diann and Clara had ordered themselves coffees but waited for me to order the mains. We ordered three mains to share among us so that we can have a taste of everything.
Flat White | B$5.00
While waiting for me to arrive, both San Diann and Clara ordered themselves coffees. San Diann was nice enough to wait for me and let me take pictures before he has his first sip. LOL!
Dark Chocolate | B$5.00
I contemplated in between non-coffee and coffee beverage at first but decided to go for the former. I ordered myself Dark Chocolate which I love as the level of sweetness was just perfect for me. Our hot drinks were served with Peanut Butter Cookie and Chocolate Almond Cookie.
Tuna Croissant | B$5.90 & Egg Croissant | B$5.90
Both the Tuna Croissant and Egg Croissant looked the same in appearance but different fillings. Flour & Butter Cafe offers two fillings for their Croissant and we went for both. We agreed that Tuna Croissant was nicer than Egg Croissant, probably because we are all tuna lovers in comparison to eggs. LOL!
Big Breakfast | B$11.90
As there wasn’t much for us to choose for breakfast, we ordered Big Breakfast to share to which the portion turned out to be just fine for the three of us. Our Big Breakfast platter came with baked beans, buttered baguette toast, scrambled eggs, hash brown, button mushrooms, chicken sausage, beef rashes and oven baked tomato.
You can choose different cooking method for the eggs. You can have it scrambled, sunny side up or poached. We had ours scrambled and I find it too buttery for my liking but both San Diann and Clara loved it. The chicken sausage was good in my opinion.
We managed to get a group picture with a clean table this time round. We realized that our group pictures from before usually come with a messy table in the scene. LOL! We managed to clean up the table a bit. To be honest, all the cups were behind me which my body blocked the view of them. LOL!
