My plan for yesterday evening was a massage session at Thann Sanctuary Spa but I rescheduled it on short notice as I had forgotten to bring the clothing and toiletries which I packed the night before. So, I had my manicure and pedicure session at Mook & Jasmine instead.
I had a sudden crave for Yakiudon yesterday afternoon and I decided to home cook some this morning. It took me a few trips to different supermarkets to buy Udon noodles. It wasn’t available at Hua Ho, Kiulap so I drove to Supa Save, Mata-Mata instead.

There weren’t much greens in my Yakiudon as I emptied the fridge few mornings ago when preparing for lunch. So, I made do with whatever I had in hand like the thinly sliced carrots. I bought thin sliced pork belly and they went so well with the Udon. The recipes which I found online called for beef but you use any ingredients you like.
