As I needed to run some work errands this morning, I left home early and had breakfast at BREW Cafe & Bakery. BREW Cafe & Bakery was pretty out of the way from the place which I needed to run my errand but I felt like having a proper Western breakfast.
Having read COFFEEGIRLBN guide for Coffee Places for The Early Birds, I decided to pay a visit to BREW Cafe & Bakery again for breakfast. Do click on the link as I personally find the it extremely helpful for those who wish to have early breakfast or caffeine fix in the morning before heading to work.
My last visit was in August 2016. I went with Clara and San Diann for early breakfast on a Sunday. We were extremely early that day. Clara and I arrived before 8AM and San Diann was the late one as he overslept. He arrived half an hour later after us.
Without further ado, let me show you what I had for breakfast this morning!
Cinnamon Flat White | B$5.00
You may have guessed what made me ordered this Cinnamon Flat White. Yes, it was the cinnamon. To be honest, it was a bad move actually. I’m not saying that the coffee ain’t good but the coffee turned out to be too acidic for me. I should gone for their regular Flat White or Latte instead. However, I like that they serve skimmed milk instead of full cream milk only.

What I had in mind this morning was Egg Benedict but I couldn’t find it on their menu. I’m not sure if BREW Cafe & Bakery serves it either. So, I made do with Egg and Toast which came with a piece of sourdough toast and two nicely poached eggs. Sourdough bread is now my favorite bread compared to the regular white or wholemeal toast but you need to like the hard crust to enjoy the bread in overall.
