I went to bed early last night as I was feeling all knackered from the driving. I think I was already in dreamland by 9:30AM. As usual, I woke up at 6:30AM this morning to prepare lunch and dinner. I made an extra portion of salad for my colleague as she had been requesting for one.
Prior to me going Miri, I had bought a piece of salmon fillet, mixed lettuce and sweet corn. While I was at Everise in Miri yesterday morning, I noticed that cherry tomatoes were relatively cheaper there than the ones in Brunei. The ones sold in Brunei were air flown from Australia while the ones in Miri were grown in Genting Highland.

Protein / Steamed Salmon, Hard Boiled Egg
Sauce / Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing
Today’s breakfast was fuller than my previous salad bowls as my colleagues had requested salmon with egg for her salad bowl. Instead of oven baked the salmon fillet, I steamed it with ginger strips and some light soy sauce. The purpose of adding ginger is to remove the fishy taste.
